Thermoplastic Road Marking Painting is a new generation highway marking system, preferred the world over, for its ease of usage and extended life cycle as compared to conventional solvent based paints. Thermoplastic paints are also environmentally more friendly with no carcinogenic solvents used.
We are engaged in providing a wide range of Thermoplastic Paints and services, which is a retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint. It is a synthetic resin based thermosetting material offering superior weathering resistance and color stability. The intermix and drop on glass beads ensure long lasting retro reflectivity. These are available in white and yellow color as per the clients’ specific requirements and have excellent wear resistance to ensure long life of the marking.

Scope of work :
- Pre marking required for lane marking
- Application of road marking paint with machine, melt-or and skilled labors
- Normal cleaning of surface required prior to application of paint
Precautions :
- Minimize dusting of the material during use
- Use of personal protective equipment like face-masks, goggles, heat resistant gloves and protective clothing while handling the material is recommended
- Do not inhale product or fumes, do not ingest
- Avoid eye contact. If contacted, wash copiously with water
- Contact of molten product with skin would lead to thermal burns
- Flush with cold water; do not remove material as it would lead to severe tissue damage
Application :
- Add one bag of paint in per-heater and allow it to melt
- Keep on adding paint one bag at a time and allow it to melt before adding another bag, depending upon the capacity of pr-heater
- Do not allow temperature to rise beyond 210°C. Ideally the paint shall be melted between 180 - 210 °C
- Mix the paint with in-built motorized stirrer of per-heater for a few minutes at 180-210°C
